Preferred Auto Glass was absolutely amazing. My car had gotten broken into and my passenger side window was smashed. I called my dealership and they recommended that I get in contact with Preferred Auto Glass. When I called, Stewart was so nice and very efficient. Within minutes I had an appointment made and the same day I called someone came out to fix my shattered window. Unfortunately, I don't remember the man's name who came to fix my car but he was from Ireland, very kind, and charged a reasonable price. Last Friday, my passenger side car window was smashed and my purse was stolen out of my car. I spent all day calling credit card companies, at the bank and finally trying to find a glass company that would come to my house. Preferred Auto Glass was referred to me by my regular automotive service company. When I called, they were extremely sympathetic to my situation and was able to schedule an appointment for me on Monday. The two representatives that came to my house were friendly, explained the service that they would provide and got the job done quickly.
